As the 18th Senior Pastor and first female Head of Staff in South Church Andover's 300-year history, Dana brings over two decades of experience in spiritual guidance and organizational leadership. Beyond the pulpit, Dana serves as co-host of the "A Life Worth Working" podcast, exploring the intersection of purpose, vocation, and meaning. She is also a leadership coach with Brook & Branch, where she combines her pastoral wisdom with professional coaching expertise as an ICF Coach-in-Training. Through her "Art of Flourishing" Substack, Dana shares reflections on finding the sacred in everyday life.

With a Master of Divinity and Executive Leadership Certificate from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington, Dana brings both theological depth and practical leadership experience to her work.
