Where Leadership Meets Meaning

Dana Allen Walsh helps successful leaders who are tired of relentless striving discover what flourishing actually looks like—integrating personal growth and professional impact into one aligned life.

Working at the intersection of leadership transformation, meaning-making, spiritual depth, and authentic growth, Dana brings a rare combination of organizational wisdom and coaching expertise. As the first female Senior Pastor in South Church Andover's 300-year history, she's led a 600-person organization through complex transformation for over a decade—navigating major change, building thriving culture, and creating genuine community where people choose to belong. She brings this real-world organizational leadership experience—combined with professional coaching training—to every coaching partnership.

Through Brook & Branch Coaching, Dana partners with high-performing leaders—C-suite executives, nonprofit directors, business owners, and ministry leaders—who've achieved external success but sense there's something more calling to them. Her clients aren't looking for productivity hacks; they're ready to align their outer work with their inner truth and lead in ways that honor both their ambition and their humanity.

Dana's approach is built on the belief that personal and professional growth aren't separate journeys. When leaders flourish internally, their external impact deepens. When they align their values with their leadership, they don't just succeed—they create cultures where others flourish too.

Beyond coaching, Dana co-hosts "A Life Worth Working," a podcast exploring career reinvention and the messy middle of transformation, and writes "The Art of Flourishing," a Substack for recovering strivers and spiritual seekers moving beyond productivity culture.

Dana holds a Master of Divinity and Executive Leadership Certificate from Princeton Theological Seminary and has over 20 years of experience in ministry and organizational leadership. She works with leaders across all sectors, industries, and belief systems—whether spiritual, secular, or somewhere in between.

Dana lives in Andover, Massachusetts with her family.
